every night while we say prayers asher usually just runs around and does his thing. we haven't really tried to get him to fold his arms and sit still because he usually gets mad and yells. well the other night i said to the kids it's time to say a prayer. the next thing i know, asher walks over with his arms folded and his head down. i couldn't believe it! it is amazing how much children learn when you don't think they are even paying attention. now, anytime i say anything about praying he folds his arms. i am not sure if you can tell but this is a picture of him folding his arms.August 28, 2008

So so so cute! I want to kiss on your kids again. I love the pictures of Asher! What a silly guy. If he and Ben got together we would never be able to sit down for 2 seconds. Its probably better we are on the phone chasing the kids around...or hiding in the garage =0)

They really do pay attention huh. He is getting SOOO big.
The bummer is that they're also picking up all the things we let slip out along with all of our good examples.
Ella said, "freaking thing" the other day when she was having a hard time with a toy. That's straight out of my mouth, At least we dont swear.
by the way....he's so stinking cute!!!
Oh, I love that! Seth has started squinting his eyes at prayer time to look like he's closing them. Your kids are little sweeties.
Asher is secretly one of my favorite little people--shhhh, don't tell! :)
